পরিচ্ছেদঃ গ্রামে ও শহরে জুমআর নামায
৪৯৩) আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনে উমার (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেনঃ আমি রাসূল সাল্লাললাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লামকে বলতে শুনেছি, তোমাদের প্রত্যেকেই দায়িত্বশীল এবং তোমাদের প্রত্যেকেই তার অধিনস্তদের সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে। ইমাম (রাষ্ট্রপতি) জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে তার রাজ্যে বসবাসকারী নাগরিকদের সম্পর্কে, পুরুষ তার পরিবার-পরিজনের দায়িত্বশীল। সে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে তার অধীনস্থদের সম্পর্কে। স্ত্রীলোক তার স্বামীর ঘরের দায়িত্বশীল। সুতরাং সে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে তার স্বামীর ঘরের দেখাশুনা সম্পর্কে। এমনি খাদেম তার মনিবের মালের দায়িত্বশীল। তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করা হবে মনিবের মালের দেখাশুনা করার ব্যাপারে। ইবনে উমার বলেনঃ আমার ধারণা হচ্ছে, রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম আরো বলেছেনঃ একজন পুরুষ তার পিতার সম্পদের দায়িত্বশীল। সুতরাং তাকে এ ব্যাপারে জিজ্ঞেস করা হবে। তোমাদের সবাই দায়িত্বশীল এবং তোমাদের সকলকেই তার অধিনস্ত বিষয়ে দায়িত্ব পালন সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হবে।
باب الْجُمُعَةِ فِي الْقُرَى وَالْمُدْنِ
৪৯৩ـ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ الله عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، الإِمَامُ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ فِي أَهْلِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا وَمَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهَا، وَالْخَادِمُ رَاعٍ فِي مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ. قَالَ: وَحَسِبْتُ أَنْ قَدْ قَالَ وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ فِي مَالِ أَبِيهِ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَمَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ. To offer Jumu'ah prayer and Khutba in villages and towns
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "All of you are Guardians." 'All of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and the things under your care. The Imam (i.e. ruler) is the guardian of his subjects and is responsible for them and a man is the guardian of his family and is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband's house and is responsible for it. A servant is the guardian of his master's belongings and is responsible for them.' I thought that he also said, 'A man is the guardian of his father's property and is responsible for it. All of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and the things under your care."
