يَٰٓأَيُّهَا

ٱلنَّاسُ
মানবজাতি

ٱتَّقُوا۟
তোমরা ভয় করো
Fear

رَبَّكُمْ
তোমাদের রবকে
your Lord
your Lord
إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই
Indeed

زَلْزَلَةَ
প্রকম্পন
(the) convulsion
(the) convulsion
ٱلسَّاعَةِ
ক্বিয়ামাতের
(of) the Hour
(of) the Hour
شَىْءٌ
ব্যাপার
(is) a thing
(is) a thing
عَظِيمٌ
ভয়ংকর
great
great
২
يَوْمَ
যেদিন
(The) Day
(The) Day
تَرَوْنَهَا
তা তোমরা দেখবে (সেদিন)
you will see it
you will see it
تَذْهَلُ
বিস্মৃত হবে
will forget
will forget
كُلُّ
প্রত্যেক
every
every
مُرْضِعَةٍ
স্তন্যদাত্রী (মা)

عَمَّآ
তাহ'তে যাকে
that which
that which
أَرْضَعَتْ
সে দুধপান করিয়েছে (অর্থাৎ দুগ্ধপোষ্যকে)
she was nursing

وَتَضَعُ
ও গর্ভপাত করবে
and will deliver

كُلُّ
প্রত্যেক

ذَاتِ
সম্পন্ন

حَمْلٍ
গর্ভ (গর্ভবতী)

حَمْلَهَا
তার গর্ভকে

وَتَرَى
এবং দেখবে
and you will see

ٱلنَّاسَ
লোকদেরকে
[the] mankind
[the] mankind
سُكَٰرَىٰ
মাতালের মতো
intoxicated
intoxicated
وَمَا
অথচ না
while not
while not
هُم
তারা (হবে)
they
they
بِسُكَٰرَىٰ
মাতাল
(are) intoxicated
(are) intoxicated
وَلَٰكِنَّ
কিন্তু
but
but
عَذَابَ
শাস্তি
(the) punishment
(the) punishment
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহ্র
(of) Allah
(of) Allah
شَدِيدٌ
কঠিন (শাস্তি)
(will be) severe
(will be) severe

وَمِنَ
আর কেউ কেউ (মধ্য হ'তে)
And among
And among
ٱلنَّاسِ
মানুষের
the mankind
the mankind
مَن
যারা
(is he) who
(is he) who
يُجَٰدِلُ
(যারা) বিতর্ক করে
disputes
disputes
فِى
সম্বন্ধে
concerning
concerning
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
Allah
Allah
بِغَيْرِ
ব্যতীত
without
without
عِلْمٍ
কোন জ্ঞান
knowledge
knowledge
وَيَتَّبِعُ
এবং অনুসরণ করে
and follows
and follows
كُلَّ
প্রত্যেক
every
every
شَيْطَٰنٍ
শয়তানকে
devil
devil
مَّرِيدٍ
উদ্ধত
rebellious
rebellious
৪
كُتِبَ
লিখে দেয়া হয়েছে
It has been decreed

عَلَيْهِ
তার সম্পর্কে

أَنَّهُۥ
যে তা (এমন)
that he
that he
مَن
যে কেউ
who
who
تَوَلَّاهُ
তাকে বন্ধু বানাবে
befriends him
befriends him
فَأَنَّهُۥ
তখন সে নিশ্চয়ই

يُضِلُّهُۥ
তাকে বিভ্রান্ত করবে
will misguide him
will misguide him
وَيَهْدِيهِ
ও তাকে পরিচালিত করবে
and will guide him
and will guide him
إِلَىٰ
দিকে
to

عَذَابِ
শাস্তির

ٱلسَّعِيرِ
জ্বলন্ত অাগুনের
(of) the Blaze

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
হে

ٱلنَّاسُ
মানবজাতি
O mankind!

إِن
যদি

كُنتُمْ
তোমরা হও
you are
you are
فِى
মধ্যে
in

رَيْبٍ
সন্দেহের
doubt

مِّنَ
সম্পর্কে
about
about
ٱلْبَعْثِ
উত্থান

فَإِنَّا
তবে নিশ্চয়ই আমরা

خَلَقْنَٰكُم
তোমাদেরকে আমরা সৃষ্টি করেছি

مِّن

تُرَابٍ
মাটি

ثُمَّ
এরপর

نُّطْفَةٍ
শুক্র

عَلَقَةٍ
রক্তপিন্ড

ও নয়

পূর্ণাকৃতির

لِّنُبَيِّنَ
যেন স্পষ্ট করি আমরা প্রকৃত সত্য

لَكُمْ
কাছে তোমাদের

وَنُقِرُّ
এবং আমরা স্থিতিশীল করি

فِى
মধ্যে

ٱلْأَرْحَامِ
জরায়ুসমূহের
the wombs

مَا
যেমন

نَشَآءُ
চাই আমরা
We will

إِلَىٰٓ
পর্যন্ত

أَجَلٍ
সময়
a term
a term
مُّسَمًّى
নির্দিষ্ট

ثُمَّ
এরপর

نُخْرِجُكُمْ
তোমাদেরকে বের করি আমরা
We bring you out

طِفْلًا
শিশুরূপে
(as) a child
(as) a child
ثُمَّ
এরপর (ব্যবস্থা করি)
[then]
[then]
لِتَبْلُغُوٓا۟
যেন তোমরা পৌঁছে যাও
that you may reach
that you may reach
أَشُدَّكُمْ
যৌবনে তোমাদের
[your] maturity
[your] maturity
وَمِنكُم
আর তোমাদের মধ্য হ'তে
And among you
And among you
مَّن
কাউকে
(is he) who
(is he) who
يُتَوَفَّىٰ
মৃত্যূ দেয়া হয়
dies

وَمِنكُم
আবার তোমাদের মধ্য হ'তে

مَّن
কাউকে
(is he) who

يُرَدُّ
প্রত্যাবর্তন করানো হয়

إِلَىٰٓ
দিকে

হীনতম

বয়সের

لِكَيْلَا
যেন না

يَعْلَمَ
সে জানবে

عِلْمٍ
সবকিছু জেনে নেয়ার

شَيْـًٔا
কিছুমাত্র

وَتَرَى
এবং তুমি দেখছো

ٱلْأَرْضَ
ভূমিকে

هَامِدَةً
শুকনো
barren

فَإِذَآ
অতঃপর যখন

أَنزَلْنَا
আমরা বর্ষণ করি

عَلَيْهَا
তার উপর

ٱلْمَآءَ
পানি

ٱهْتَزَّتْ
তা সতেজ হয়
it gets stirred

وَرَبَتْ
ও ফুলে ফেঁপে ওঠে
and it swells

وَأَنۢبَتَتْ
এবং উদ্গত করে
and grows
and grows
مِن
প্রকার
of

كُلِّ
সর্ব

زَوْجٍۭ
উদ্ভিদ
kind
kind
بَهِيجٍ
সুদৃশ্য
beautiful
beautiful
৬
ذَٰلِكَ
এটা
That
That
بِأَنَّ
এজন্যে যে
(is) because
(is) because
ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ
Allah -
Allah -
هُوَ
তিনিই
He
He
ٱلْحَقُّ
প্রকৃত সত্য
(is) the Truth
(is) the Truth
وَأَنَّهُۥ
এবং এসব এজন্যে যে তিনিই

يُحْىِ
জীবিত করেন
[He] gives life
[He] gives life
ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ
মৃতদেরকে
(to) the dead
(to) the dead
وَأَنَّهُۥ
এবং (এটা প্রমাণ করে যে) তিনিই

عَلَىٰ
উপর
(is) over

كُلِّ
সব
every
every
شَىْءٍ
কিছুর
thing

قَدِيرٌ
শক্তিমান
All-Powerful

وَأَنَّ
এবং (এটা প্রমাণ করে) যে

ٱلسَّاعَةَ
ক্বিয়ামাত
the Hour

ءَاتِيَةٌ
অবশ্যম্ভাবী
will come

لَّا
নেই
(there is) no

رَيْبَ
কোন সন্দেহ

فِيهَا
মধ্যে তার

وَأَنَّ
এবং (এটা প্রমাণ করে) যে

ٱللَّهَ

يَبْعَثُ
উত্থিত করবেন

مَن
যারা (আছে)
(those) who

فِى
মধ্যে
(are) in

ٱلْقُبُورِ
কবরসমূহের

وَمِنَ
এবং কেউ কেউ (মধ্য হ'তে)

ٱلنَّاسِ
লোকদের

مَن
যে
(is he) who
(is he) who
يُجَٰدِلُ
ঝগড়া করে
disputes
disputes
فِى
সম্বন্ধে
concerning
concerning
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
Allah
Allah
بِغَيْرِ
ছাড়াই
without
without
عِلْمٍ
কোন জ্ঞান
any knowledge
any knowledge
وَلَا
এবং না (আছে)
and not
and not
هُدًى
(তাদের কাছে) পথ নির্দেশনা
any guidance
any guidance
وَلَا
আর না (আছে)
and not
and not
كِتَٰبٍ
কিতাব
a Book
a Book
مُّنِيرٍ
আলোকময়
enlightening
enlightening
৯
ثَانِىَ
বাঁকা করে
Twisting
Twisting
عِطْفِهِۦ
তার ঘাড়
his neck
his neck
لِيُضِلَّ
জন্যে বিভ্রান্ত করার
to mislead
to mislead
عَن
হ'তে
from
from
سَبِيلِ
পথ
(the) way
(the) way
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর
(of) Allah
(of) Allah
لَهُۥ
জন্যে তার
For him
For him
فِى
মধ্যে আছে
in
in
ٱلدُّنْيَا
দুনিয়ার
the world
the world
خِزْىٌ
লাঞ্ছনা
(is) disgrace
(is) disgrace
وَنُذِيقُهُۥ
আর তাকে আস্বাদন করাবো আমরা
and We will make him taste
and We will make him taste
يَوْمَ
দিনে
(on the) Day
(on the) Day
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
ক্বিয়ামাতের
(of) Resurrection
(of) Resurrection
عَذَابَ
শাস্তি
(the) punishment
(the) punishment
ٱلْحَرِيقِ
দহনের
(of) the Burning Fire
(of) the Burning Fire

ذَٰلِكَ
(বলা হবে) এটা

That
بِمَا
এ কারণে যা
(is) for what
(is) for what
قَدَّمَتْ
আগে পাঠিয়েছে
have sent forth
have sent forth
يَدَاكَ
তোমার হাত
your hands
your hands
وَأَنَّ
এবং (এও) যে
and that
and that
ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ

Allah
لَيْسَ
নন
is not
is not
بِظَلَّٰمٍ
অত্যাচারী
unjust
unjust
لِّلْعَبِيدِ
দাসদের প্রতি
to His slaves
to His slaves

وَمِنَ
এবং কেউ কেউ (মধ্য হ'তে)
And among
And among
ٱلنَّاسِ
লোকদের
the mankind
the mankind
مَن
যে
(is he) who
(is he) who
يَعْبُدُ
ইবাদাত করে
worships
worships
ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহর
Allah
Allah
عَلَىٰ
উপর
on
on
حَرْفٍ
এক প্রান্তে (দাঁড়িয়ে)
an edge
an edge
فَإِنْ
অতঃপর যদি
And if
And if
أَصَابَهُۥ
তার (উপর) পৌঁছে
befalls him
befalls him
خَيْرٌ
কোন কল্যাণ
good
good
ٱطْمَأَنَّ
সে প্রশান্ত হয়
he is content
he is content
بِهِۦ
তার মাধ্যমে
with it
with it
وَإِنْ
আর যদি
and if
and if
أَصَابَتْهُ
তার (উপর) পৌঁছে
befalls him
befalls him
فِتْنَةٌ
কোন বিপর্যয়
a trial
a trial
ٱنقَلَبَ
ফিরে যায়
he turns
he turns
عَلَىٰ
উপর
on
on
وَجْهِهِۦ
তার (আসল) চেহারার (অর্থাৎ কুফুরীতে)
his face
his face
خَسِرَ
সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলো

ٱلدُّنْيَا
দুনিয়াতে
the world
the world
وَٱلْءَاخِرَةَ
ও আখিরাতে
and the Hereafter
and the Hereafter
ذَٰلِكَ
এটা
That
That
هُوَ
সেই
[it]
[it]
ٱلْخُسْرَانُ
ক্ষতি
(is) the loss
(is) the loss
ٱلْمُبِينُ
সুস্পষ্ট

clear

يَدْعُوا۟
তারা ডাকে

مِن
মধ্য হতে
besides
besides
دُونِ
পরিবর্তে
besides
besides
ٱللَّهِ
আল্লাহর

مَا
যা
what

لَا
না
not
not
يَضُرُّهُۥ
তাকে ক্ষতি করতে পারে

وَمَا
আর যা
and what
and what
لَا
না
not
not
يَنفَعُهُۥ
তার উপকার করতে পারে
benefits him
benefits him
ذَٰلِكَ
এটা
That
That
هُوَ
সেই
[it]
[it]
ٱلضَّلَٰلُ
পথভ্রষ্টতা
(is) the straying
(is) the straying
ٱلْبَعِيدُ
সুদূর (চরম)
far away
far away
১৩
يَدْعُوا۟
তারা ডাকে

لَمَن
অবশ্যই এমন কিছুকে
(one) who -
(one) who -
ضَرُّهُۥٓ
যার ক্ষতি
his harm
his harm
أَقْرَبُ
নিকটতর অধিকতর
(is) closer
(is) closer
مِن
অপেক্ষা
than
than
نَّفْعِهِۦ
তার উপকারিতা
his benefit
his benefit
لَبِئْسَ
অবশ্যই কত নিকৃষ্ট
Surely an evil

ٱلْمَوْلَىٰ
অভিভাবক

وَلَبِئْسَ
আর অবশ্যই কত নিকৃষ্ট
and surely an evil

ٱلْعَشِيرُ
সঙ্গী
friend!

১৪
إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ

يُدْخِلُ
প্রবেশ করাবেন
will admit
will admit
ٱلَّذِينَ
(তাদেরকে) যারা
those who
those who
ءَامَنُوا۟
ঈমান এনেছে
believe
believe
وَعَمِلُوا۟
ও কাজ করেছে
and do
and do
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
সৎকাজসমূহের
the righteous deeds
the righteous deeds
جَنَّٰتٍ
(এমন) জান্নাতে
(to) Gardens
(to) Gardens
تَجْرِى
প্রবাহিত হয়

مِن
থেকে
from
from
تَحْتِهَا
যার নিচ
underneath it
underneath it
ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ
ঝর্নাসমূহ

إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ

يَفْعَلُ
করেন

مَا
যা

يُرِيدُ
চান তিনি

مَن
যে
Whoever
Whoever
كَانَ
ছিলো
[is]

يَظُنُّ
ধারণা করতো
thinks

أَن
যে
that
that
لَّن
কখনও না
not
not
يَنصُرَهُ
তাকে (রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু 'আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম-কে) সাহায্য করবেন

فِى
মধ্যে

ٱلدُّنْيَا
দুনিয়ার
the world

وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
ও আখিরাতে
and the Hereafter

فَلْيَمْدُدْ
তাহ'লে সে লম্বা করুক
then let him extend
then let him extend
بِسَبَبٍ
নিয়ে একটি রশিকে
a rope

إِلَى
পর্যন্ত
to
to
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
আকাশ
the sky
the sky
ثُمَّ
এরপর (সেখানে পৌঁছে)
then

لْيَقْطَعْ
যেন তা কেটে দেয় (ওহীর ধারা)
let him cut off

فَلْيَنظُرْ
অতঃপর দেখুক
then let him see

هَلْ
কি
whether
whether
يُذْهِبَنَّ
দূর করতে পারবে
will remove

كَيْدُهُۥ
তার কৌশল

مَا
যা

يَغِيظُ
রাগান্বিত করে (তাকে)

وَكَذَٰلِكَ
আর এরূপেই

أَنزَلْنَٰهُ
তা আমরা অবতীর্ণ করেছি

ءَايَٰتٍۭ
আয়াত (রূপে)

بَيِّنَٰتٍ
সুস্পষ্ট

وَأَنَّ
আর নিশ্চয়ই

ٱللَّهَ

يَهْدِى
পথ দেখান

مَن
যাকে
whom

يُرِيدُ
চান

إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

ٱلَّذِينَ
যারা
those who
those who
ءَامَنُوا۟
ঈমান এনেছে
have believed
have believed
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ও যারা
and those who
and those who
هَادُوا۟
ইয়াহুদী হয়েছে
were Jews
were Jews
وَٱلصَّٰبِـِٔينَ
ও সাবেয়ী
and the Sabians
and the Sabians
وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ
ও খ্রিষ্টান
and the Christians
and the Christians
وَٱلْمَجُوسَ
ও অগ্নি পূজারক
and the Majus
and the Majus
وَٱلَّذِينَ
এবং যারা
and those who
and those who
أَشْرَكُوٓا۟
শিরক করেছে
(are) polytheists
(are) polytheists
إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই
indeed
indeed
ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ
Allah
Allah
يَفْصِلُ
মীমাংসা করে দিবেন
will judge
will judge
بَيْنَهُمْ
তাদের মাঝে
between them
between them
يَوْمَ
দিনে
(on) the Day
(on) the Day
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
ক্বিয়ামাতের
(of) the Resurrection
(of) the Resurrection
إِنَّ
নিশ্চয়ই

ٱللَّهَ

عَلَىٰ
সম্পর্কে

شَىْءٍ
কিছু

شَهِيدٌ
প্রত্যক্ষকারী

أَلَمْ
নি কি

তুমি দেখো

أَنَّ
যে

ٱللَّهَ
আল্লাহ (এমন সত্ত্বা)

يَسْجُدُ
সিজদা করে

তাঁর জন্যে

যা কিছু
whoever

فِى
আছে
(is) in

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
আকাশমন্ডলীতে
the heavens
the heavens
وَمَن
ও যা কিছু
and whoever
and whoever
فِى
আছে
(is) in
(is) in
ٱلْأَرْضِ
পৃথিবীতে
the earth
the earth
وَٱلشَّمْسُ
এবং সূর্য
and the sun
and the sun
وَٱلْقَمَرُ
ও চাঁদ
and the moon
and the moon
وَٱلنُّجُومُ
ও নক্ষত্রমণ্ডলী
and the stars
and the stars
وَٱلْجِبَالُ
ও পর্বতরাজি
and the mountains
and the mountains
وَٱلشَّجَرُ
ও গাছপালা
and the trees
and the trees
وَٱلدَّوَآبُّ
ও জীবজন্তু
and the moving creatures
and the moving creatures
وَكَثِيرٌ
এবং অনেকে
and many
and many
مِّنَ
মধ্য হ'তে
of
of
ٱلنَّاسِ
মানুষের (সিজদাবনত থাকে)
the people?
the people?
وَكَثِيرٌ
আবার অনেকের
But many
But many
حَقَّ
অবধারিত হয়েছে
(is) justly due
(is) justly due
عَلَيْهِ
যার উপর

ٱلْعَذَابُ
শাস্তি (তারা এর বিপরীত)

এবং যাকে

يُهِنِ
হেয় করেন

সেক্ষেত্রে নেই

هَٰذَانِ
এই দুই
These two

خَصْمَانِ
বিবদমান পক্ষদ্বয়

ٱخْتَصَمُوا۟
বিতর্ক করছে

فِى
সম্পর্কে

رَبِّهِمْ
তাদের রব

فَٱلَّذِينَ
তাই যারা
But those who

كَفَرُوا۟
অস্বীকার করেছে

قُطِّعَتْ
কেটে তৈরী করা হয়েছে
