পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২৭২ : অপ্রয়োজনে মুসলিমদের প্রতি কু-ধারণা করা নিষেধ
মহান আল্লাহ বলেছেন,
﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ﴾ [الحجرات: ١٢]
অর্থাৎ হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা বহুবিধ ধারণা হতে দূরে থাক; কারণ কোন কোন ধারণা পাপ। (সূরা হুজুরাত ১২ আয়াত)
১/১৫৮১। আবূ হুরাইরা রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ’’তোমরা কু-ধারণা থেকে নিজেদেরকে বাঁচিয়ে রাখ। কারণ কু-ধারণা সবচেয়ে বড় মিথ্যা কথা।’’ (বুখারী ও মুসলিম) [1]
(272) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ سُوْءِ الظَّنِّ بِالْمُسْلِمِيْنَ مِنْ غَيْرِ ضَرُوْرَةٍ
وَعَنْ أَبي هُرَيرَةَ رضي الله عنه: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: «إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظَّنَّ، فَإِنَّ الظَّنَّ أَكْذَبُ الحَدِيثِ» . متفق عَلَيْهِ
(272) Chapter: Prohibition of Suspicion
Allah, the Exalted, says:
"O you who believe! Avoid much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins.'' (49:12)
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the worst of false tales."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: This Hadith has already been mentioned (No. 15). It warns us against suspicions about other Muslims as this involves telling lies about them, which is strictly forbidden. This is the reason why it is referred to as the worst of false tales. We also learn from this Hadith that the orders and punishments of Shari`ah are enforced on certainty, not on speculations and conjectures.
