পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২১২: রাতে উঠে (তাহজ্জুদ) নামায পড়ার ফযীলত
৯/১১৭৫। আবূ হুরাইরা রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, “রমযান মাসের রোযার পর সর্বোত্তম রোযা হচ্ছে আল্লাহর মাস মুহাররমের রোযা। আর ফরয নামাযের পর সর্বোত্তম নামায হচ্ছে রাতের (তাহাজ্জুদের) নামায।” (মুসলিম) [1]
(212) بَابُ فَضْلِ قِيَامِ اللَّيْل
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيرَةَ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم: «أَفْضَلُ الصِّيَامِ بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ: شَهْرُ اللهِ المُحَرَّمُ، وَأَفْضَلُ الصَّلاَةِ بَعْدَ الفَرِيضَةِ: صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ». رواه مسلم
(212) Chapter: Excellence of Standing in Prayer at Night
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The best month for observing Saum (fasting) after Ramadan is Muharram, and the best Salat after the prescribed Salat is Salat at night."
[Muslim].
Commentary: The month of Muharram is related to Allah which makes its eminence clear. It shows that in the optional Saum (fasting) the most meritorious are those which are observed in this month. After the obligatory Salat, the most meritorious is the optional Salat performed at night.
